We are hiring Part Time Holiday Spa Concierge who are passionate individuals that take pride in their job and excel at guest service.
Our spa concierge... Makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight! Happiness follows you wherever you go!
More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean and welcoming place that ensures a memorable experience
- Detail oriented and remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Ensures spa flow, always make sure things are running smooth.
